Absolutely not. We handle everything from installation to configuration to maintenance. Your only job is to use it. We explain everything in plain English and train your team from day one.
For Starter and Shield plans, most setups are complete within a few days. Fortress and Black Site plans with physical hardware typically take 1 to 2 weeks from the time you sign up. Rush setup is available for an additional fee.
No long-term contract is required to start. You pay month to month. If you sign a 2-year agreement, you receive 10% off your monthly rate and we waive the setup fee entirely.
That's what we're here for. Every plan includes incident response at different levels. Fortress includes 1 hour per month and Black Site includes 3 hours. Emergency same-day support is available to all clients.
